Alexander is passionate about the interaction between people and organizations. It is important for him to focus on both for a full development of potential and innovative strength. He sees personnel and organizational development as a unit. In this way, he works with his clients to design transformation processes that promote individual learning as well as the development of a value-creation-oriented learning and corporate culture.

His consulting work focuses on the development of management teams, strategy and cultural development processes, the tailored agilization of companies and the implementation of project management organizations.

After many years of consulting work, Alexander has insights into a wide range of industries and experience in SMEs and family businesses as well as in the corporate environment. He is moved by how people activate themselves and thus contribute to a meaningful shaping of corporate culture. Alexander is a Master and teaching trainer for systemic organizational development, transformation and change at the isb - Institute for Systemic Consulting in Wiesloch.

Dr. Jochem Kießling-Sonntag

In his many years of consulting experience, Jochem has supported numerous change projects in commercial enterprises, public institutions, and non-profit organizations. Within the projects, he appreciates the opportunity to plan the 'how' of change with decision-makers and teams; he supports them in jointly developing and realizing solutions that achieve the set goals. While driving results, he prioritizes fostering a spirit of co-creation, ensuring solutions to empower individuals and strengthen team dynamics. He helps people explore new ways of thinking. 

He believes unleashing creativity is crucial for navigating the coming societal and organizational shifts, requiring innovation and courage. He provides tools that empower people to embrace change with enthusiasm and trust in their capabilities. As an entrepreneur and founder, the perspective of responsibility for the bigger picture is always very present in his mind.

Jakob is particularly interested in innovation and its impact on the world of work. He has experience in a wide range of industries in which he has developed and implemented creative formats for strategy processes, team development and learning processes.

His focus is on the areas of organization and transformation. In his work, he uncovers connections, conceptualizes holistically and designs processes in a structured and efficient manner. It is important to him to develop change processes for people and to always keep their well-being in mind. 

Away from work, he finds relaxation in windsurfing on the North Sea. Just like on the water with a sail, he is also keen to make optimum use of energy in projects and react flexibly to developments. He takes great pleasure in accompanying people, teams and organizations through change in a solution-oriented and co-creative way.

Luise's focus is on creative work in organizations. She is convinced that good and inspiring work is supported by playful and intuitive experiences and uses creative methods to develop innovative and sustainable future scenarios for the organization of tomorrow. As an economist and designer, she develops programs that consider and promote the entrepreneurial dimension and personal development in equal measure. The aim of her work is to promote collaboration formats that are based on human encounters and can develop positive transformational forces through a state of genuine connection with oneself and the community.

She sees an atmosphere of equality and appreciation as fundamental to enable joint growth in the organization and to courageously master the challenges of the present.

When accompanying development processes in companies, she sees her role as supporting the creation of free spaces for thought and action in which all members of the organization can experience themselves as important bearers of potential. Against this background, Luise is particularly interested in a cross-generational perspective.
