Luise Sonntag
Luise's focus is on creative work in organizations. She is convinced that good and inspiring work is supported by playful and intuitive experiences and uses creative methods to develop innovative and sustainable future scenarios for the organization of tomorrow. As an economist and designer, she develops programs that consider and promote the entrepreneurial dimension and personal development in equal measure. The aim of her work is to promote collaboration formats that are based on human encounters and can develop positive transformational forces through a state of genuine connection with oneself and the community.
She sees an atmosphere of equality and appreciation as fundamental to enable joint growth in the organization and to courageously master the challenges of the present.
